I will be marking each picture with the artist behind the camera. More than half of the pictures are taken by Isaac or Abby.

We arrive at Ford's Theater to learn about Lincoln, slavery, the Civil War, and Lincoln's assassination. (I love Isaac's expression: "Get off me, Abby!")

On the way home. Isaac stayed to do the Spy Museum with some adults an the rest of the big kids. Abby and I went home to rest our tired feet. Abby got a rest before she actually got home.

And once Isaac got home, we emptied his pockets of all the "treasures" he picked up along the way.

It was a great first day in DC.
It was also a great night. This is my fourth glass of wine. I asked Matt (in the background) to pour me half a glass because I wasn't quite finished and wanted to slowly sip a little more.
He carefully poured the glass until it was half full. (Most wine drinkers would consider that to be a very full, whole glass of wine). Much appreciated, Matt.
Cheers!
