Isaac has been excited for this since we went to the much smaller Legoland Discovery Center in Dallas.
There were, of course, intricate Lego structures everywhere. These are just a few pics of some of the first ones we saw:
Most of the rides in the park were pretty tame, but of course the kids enjoyed them. (I love how Abby insisted on wearing her Minnie Mouse hat. Shows our true loyalty.)
And the grown ups we brought along were determined to enjoy everything too, in their own way.
Hehe.
Several of the rides have Lego building areas where the kids can play while you stand in line. I really liked that feature.
Both kids enjoyed their age-level driving school. Abby was the best driver in her class (as voted by her family)...she was the only preschooler that never crashed or got stuck.
Isaac took following the traffic laws very seriously. His area (ages 6-13) had stop signs and traffic lights, and the drivers were supposed to stay on the right side of the road.
At the end of their drives, we were suckers for the driver's license souvenirs.
