We spent the first day at Auntie Lou's house doing the usual card playing, video games, and lots of eating (and a little birthday celebration for Adel this time too).

On Day 2 we went to Cabrillo National Monument.
The kids got to try on some soldier armor.
The chain mail was reallllllly heavy.
Then we headed outside for some investigating to find the answers to the junior ranger workbook.

After that we headed to Old Town for some Mexican food (and drinks!).
And we ended the day with cards and halo-halo at Auntie Myrna's
