Christmas Break!

We decided to give "experience gifts" this year and so we filled up our 2 weeks with lots of activity.

First, we drove to Dallas to go to the Legoland Discovery Center.  The day started with hot cocoa (coffee for me!)

A face only a mother could love?  I do!

Lego fun...

Christmas day at Mimi's house started with the kids helping retell the Christmas Story.

When Isaac's last fish died (finally) and we got rid of the fish tank, he said he missed the sound it made and wished he at least had a fountain.  Wish granted!

These two!

Fun with Uncle Andy

After presents, it's time to play!

Mimi got them all adventure vests...now we have to plan some adventures!

Of course there was this

Then we moved the play to outdoor fun.

Daddy/Uncle Adel shared his candy sushi with everyone.

After Christmas we celebrated Christmas with the siblings (and Jackson) at Build a Bear!

Everyone left happy!

Back to our house for Chick Fil-A

And bounce house fun! (this was supposed to be at JJ's birthday party but we had to move it when he got sick!)

Abby and Isaac each got to bring a friend to see the latest Star Wars movie!

We celebrated Christmas with DD and Papa at the facility.  So good to see them!

I wish this picture wasn't blurry but at least it captures the family

Our last "experience gift" was with our friends to the Kemah escape room and dinner.

We didn't escape, but we had fun trying!

Cutie trying on her winter gear, even though it never got cold enough to wear it!

About experience gifts, there is such thing as overdoing it, which we probably did!  It was so much fun but man did I wear myself out!
