Disney World Part 2

We took a break from DW to visit Universal Studios, Harry Potter World!!!

This is the part of the trip I was most excited about, being a big Harry Potter nerd myself.

The Knight Bus!  The Knight Bus!

Walk through the wall and we're here!

Every shop they describe in Diagon Alley.

The dragon breathes fire every so often.

Inside Gringott's, waiting for the ride!

We watched a puppet show of The Tale of Three Brothers.

Ice Cream!  I had chocolate chili (sweet and spicy!) and lavender.

Looking at all the fun shops was my favorite part.  I always say I'm not a shopper, but I guess if it's the right thing, say Harry Potter paraphernalia, then I'm a shopper.  At least a browser.

We went in every shop, and saw all the magical merchandise.  Each shop was so detailed and fun!

It didn't take long for us to realize that the Babies wouldn't make it too long in this environment, so Daddy, seeing that Mommy wasn't going to budge, took them for snacks and splashing.

Then we all boarded the Hogwarts Express to Hogsmeade.

Olivia is my soul-sister and was geeking out with me.

We ate at the Hogshead Inn and drank Butterbeer (way too sweet)

Poor Baby Boy hurt his arm and cried himself to sleep.  Gave me quite a scare.

About half an hour after he woke up, he started tentatively using his arm again.  Then, when I took him to the splash area, he forgot it was hurt.

More exploring in Hogsmeade.

With just one hour left before the park closed, we hit the Simpsons Land, where the big kids and Dad went on ONE ride due to the long line

The Babies and I explored and ate donuts from Lard Lad Donuts.

On the way home.

Isaac used an app for kids to develop a game for Baby Boy to play.

He caught on pretty quick.

Sweet big girl.

I love those little piggies.

What an exhausting, but super awesome trip!
