Car Wash

I had been promising to take the kids through the car wash for a long time.  They had never been and thought it would be fun.  Indeed, it was just about as exciting as any Disneyland ride.

Zoo Field Trip

I got to be chaperone for Abby's kindergarten field trip.

Only 4 kids in my group, but nearly impossible to get all of them in one picture!

Fun At Mimi's

Just a little princess fun with the Sharpletts.  

And Mimi couldn't help but encourage it with her silver goblets filled with sparkling cider.

Followed by a bath fit for a silly princess.

Easter 2013

On Saturday we did our traditional Easter whirlwind of activity at Mimi's:

Dying eggs.

I love his attention to detail (when he cares about something).

Egg hunt.

Isaac had his own private celebration for getting the most eggs.

Then that night, we returned home and got the kids' Easter baskets ready.  This year they each got a beta fish.  Nothing says, "Happy Easter" like a pet fish, right?

Sunday morning was full of church activity.  I love my job and it was an amazing day of seeing kids get the chance to really get into the story of the cross and the empty grave.  Adel and Isaac made this video to use at church on Sunday: https://vimeo.com/62857658   I love it!
